Fantastic customer service today! Beautiful medal engraved and ribboned and even enhanced with an added extra. Recipient was delighted with it and REALLY appreciated the extra touches, cheered her up no end after a very difficult time. BSR&KCS definitely went the extra mile and it was very much appreciated. I will return, as previously bought a chalice from there and that was beautiful too. Best customer service in years!
