Negative experience with Pac Global using Baker & Co

VERY NEGATIVE review for Baker & Co who processed my claim with PAC Global Insurance. I paid the highest amount of insurance for a shipment from the USA to Brisbane, Australia. Family members accepted my cargo as I was not allowed in Australia due to border closures for COVID. They took pictures of damaged items so I was able to file my claim for damaged goods. When I was allowed into Australia, I immediately realized that 4 items were missing. PAC would NOT allow me to amend my claim with the missing items as they considered this "late notification". I explained to numerous people within their company that I could not let them know about missing items until I was in the country. They strung me along for weeks and months. What disturbed me most is their lack of ETHICS. I was just asking for reimbursement of the cost of the missing items, but Baker & Co and PAC refused. Bottom line, I would have been better off not paying for ANY insurance! Stay away from Baker & Co and PAC Global.
